Scheduled Flight Tickets:
All airlines require FULL FIRST NAMES AND SURNAMES and Dates of Birth as per the passengers passport to make a reservation.
We will only make Air Bookings once passport copies are received.
Airlines do not allow name changes after tickets are issued.
Fares and taxes on flights are quoted per person and at current rates. These are subject to airline increases or rate of exchange fluctuations at any time prior to date of issue.
Airfare is based out of NYC (LGA, JFK, or EWR). A specific airport cannot be guaranteed.
Non-NYC departures will have an add on of approx. $300 per person.
The business Class Upgrade fee is approx. $749 per person per way (or $1498 round trip)
Specific NYC airport request will have an add on of $300 per person
If airfare is not needed, an air credit (discount to package) can be applied for $750
Airfares are subject to seat availability and rules, including discounted fares (if applicable) and pertaining to advance purchases, cancellation and amendment penalties.
We will charge a cancellation fee if applying for a refund on an issued ticket plus the cancellation penalties that apply to each airline and fare rule.
We will not be responsible for any re-routing, delay or cancellation done by the airlines. Guests should carry adequate travel insurance to cover such eventualities. If this also affect the journey cancellation policies might apply for transfers, tours and accommodation affected.
Passport and Visas:
Visitors to The UK and E.U. must have a passport that is valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended departure date, together with onward travel documents, proof of accommodation and sufficient funds for the duration of the stay. In addition, each country the client may be visiting generally requires at least 2 consecutive/side by side blank pages on entry for both visas and stamps. Should the clients' itinerary include more than one country, excluding the country of departure and return, please ensure that the client has a sufficient number of blank visa pages (not endorsement pages) in the passport. Should there be insufficient blank pages in the passport then entry into a country could be denied.
Any applicable visas, costs and/or relevant documentation are clients responsibility. Please verify with the relevant consulate concerning visa entry requirements and, if extending the journey to other countries, visa entry requirements for those countries need to be established as well. Ensure that the client has all necessary visas prior to departure from the home country (unless these can be obtained on arrival) Luxury Cruise Connections and staff cannot be held liable should entry be denied.
Payment and Cancellation:
50% deposit at time of booking
50% final payment at 130 prior departure date
Cancellation policy for Exclusive Experience packages might differ from the cruise lines cruise only bookings. The following is the cancellation policy / penalty schedule for this package
131 + days $250 pp cancelation fee
130 - 91 days prior: 25% cancellation
90 - 61 days prior: 50% cancellation
60 - 31 days prior: 75% cancellation
30 days prior: 100% cancellation
There may be some services on a booking which require full payment or a deposit at time of confirmation. These include, but are not limited to, scheduled flights, Festive Season deposits and extraordinary property deposits. These are payable on receipt of invoice and are non-refundable, and these deposit payments are over and above the cancellation policy stated above. No refund will be made for no-shows or unused services whilst travel is underway.
Rerouted, Cancelled or Delayed Flights that Affect your Itinerary
Should any commercial or regional flights, private charters or air shuttles be cancelled, delayed or rerouted for any reason and this affects the itinerary of the passengers somehow, Luxury Cruise Connections cannot be held responsible for the loss of connecting services or for new services that need to be booked because of this rerouting, cancellation or delay.
This is valid for both flights that have or have not been issued by Luxury Cruise Connections. This includes, but is not limited to:
Accommodation: Lost or any additional accommodation required.
Transport: Unused or new transfers.
Flights: Unused connecting flights or new flights.
Guides: Not utilized or new services to hire guides. In some cases Luxury Cruise Connections cannot guarantee a special language guide for new services that we need to book. Guides and transportation carry a 100% cancellation charge plus the cost of any new service we need to book should we need to rearrange the itinerary.
Meet & Greet/Assist on Arrival or Between Connecting Flights
Meet & Greet/Assist services to arrivals or between connecting flights is a service provided according to the operations schedule of each airport.
Luxury Cruise Connections cannot guarantee that it will be carried out from aircraft door/gate to aircraft door/gate, but that the client will be met at the baggage belt onward.
If the Airports’ Company decide to change a gate of disembarking at the last minute, this can lead to the loss of this service and this loss cannot be refunded as this is beyond our control.
Weather Dependable Activities
Some outdoor activities are subject to or dependent on the weather.
In case of cancellation due to the weather, the cost of the activities might be refunded depending on the terms and conditions of that activity supplier.
Transport and guides attached to the service will carry a 100% cancellation fee if you decide not to utilize the transport and guide attached to the service. Guides and vehicles will remain at disposal for a maximum of 4 hours
(Half Day Tours) or 8 hours (Full Day Tours)
Any entrance fees or activity costs that arise during the utilization of the guide and vehicle will be for your own account.
In the event where a meal was involved, this will depend on if it was to be supplied by the Activity Supplier or if we cost for it extra. Should Luxury Cruise Connections cost for it extra, we will still provide the meal, otherwise the said meal will be for the clients’ own account.
It remains the responsibility of the client to inform Luxury Cruise Connections of any changes to their flight schedule and/or arrival times. Luxury Cruise Connections undertakes to wait a maximum of one (1) hour from flight landing for passenger at arrivals. If passengers do not present themselves in this time, we cannot guarantee that our vehicles and chauffeurs/guides will wait longer and the service may incur a 100% cancellation fee.
If it is reported that passengers will arrive on another flight, an extra service might be billed but will always try our best to avoid expenses incurred, but we may not always be able to guarantee this.
If the service is lost and includes a foreign language guide/driver, we cannot guarantee that the new service is performed in the original language contracted.
We cannot guarantee changes to previous schedules pick up times to different than those stipulated above.
Please ensure that you are aware of our booking conditions.

Prior to confirming the booking each guest is highly encouraged take out comprehensive travel, medical, cancellation, curtailment and default insurance for the duration of their trip.
It is vital that all guests are covered for emergencies and other unforeseen circumstances. We will not be held responsible for any guest travelling without insurance.
The relevant cancellation policy applies should the guest fail to join or start their safari/journey for any reason, including airline delays or missed connections. Please ensure that adequate travel insurance is in place for this eventuality.
Due to the logistics of travelling on a safari to remote areas, we strongly recommend that all guests read the literature provided.
